SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• All orders placed before 3pm, Monday through Friday will be PROCESSED the same business day.
       You may receive it in 3 to 5 business day.
• Any orders placed after 3pm, weekend, or holiday will be shipped the next business day.
• Items ordered together may be shipped separtely.
• "Out of stock item" will be shipped as soon as it is available, we will notify you via email.
• We DO NOT ship international.
• After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification.

WARRANTY:

• We offer a 14 days money back guarantee.
• To qualify for warenty, the item(s) must be UNOPENED in the original package. We do not cover damage due to product abuse.
• We offer one year warranty for JW8068 Electric Massage Chair.

RETURNING INFORMATION:

•  Please contact the company before returning product. All returns, repair and exchanges must be arranged with a Customer Service Representative within 14 days.
• All products must be returned in its original package with packaging, documentation and manual.
• Merchandise returned in damaged or abused condition (excluding factory defects) will be returned to the buyer.
